By accessing or using the Savix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Savix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Savix. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Savix immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Savix is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Savix Bucks are platform-issued credits with no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. They are issued at Savix's sole discretion, subject to change or revocation at any time, and expire 90 days after issuance. Savix Bucks may be applied toward eligible purchases on the platform but cannot cover the full transaction amount. Bucks are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged.
All purchases made through Savix are subject to the terms of the individual merchant offering the experience. Savix acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the fulfilment of experiences by merchants. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are at the discretion of Savix and the relevant merchant.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without written permission; (d) resell, transfer, or sublicense access to the Service; (e) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; or (f) interfere with the operation of the Service.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Savix platform are owned by or licensed to Savix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from Savix.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Savix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Savix's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Savix in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
